Airtable

A running table of every problem, kept up to date

Teams plan

Each problem ValiqAI finds becomes one row in the Airtable table you pick: the problem, its severity, the site and page, first and last seen, the scan and the details. The first time, ValiqAI adds any of these columns the table is missing.

After every finished scan the site’s rows are brought up to date: problems still there get a new Last seen; open rows the scan didn’t see are marked "Not seen in last scan", so you can confirm and mark them Fixed. Rows are added by hand from a problem, or on their own for the severities you choose.

Connecting Airtable in ValiqAI, then what Airtable shows after a scan, and back to the results.

How it works

  1. A scan finds a problem. Each distinct problem, not every page it showed up on, becomes one row.
  2. The row stays current. Scans of the same site move Last seen, or mark the row "Not seen in last scan".
  3. Use the table your way. Group by severity, filter by site, build an interface or a chart: it is your base.

Set up

In ValiqAI, open Integrations › Airtable in your workspace.

  1. Create an Airtable personal access token for ValiqAI (Builder Hub › Personal access tokens) with access to your base, and paste it here.
  2. Pick the base and the table. ValiqAI adds its columns on the first write.
  3. Choose which severities add rows on their own.

Plan

Airtable is on the Teams plan (Teams and Enterprise). A connection made before a plan change keeps working.

With AI tools

With the ValiqAI MCP server added to your AI coding tool, you can ask:

  • “Scan staging with ValiqAI; the QA log in Airtable updates on its own.”
  • “Which problems on staging has ValiqAI not seen in the last scan?”
