Notion

Publish scan reports to your team’s Notion

Teams plan

Publish any scan as a Notion page under a page you choose: the site, the result and score, the open problems by severity, every problem worst first with its page, and a link back to the evidence. Handy for release notes, QA logs and stakeholders who live in Notion.

Publishing is from the scan’s Share menu, one page per scan; publishing again opens the same page. ValiqAI can only see the pages you share with it when you connect, and it only reads and adds pages: it never edits or deletes yours.

Connecting Notion in ValiqAI, then what Notion shows after a scan, and back to the results.

How it works

  1. Share a page with ValiqAI. When you connect, Notion asks which pages ValiqAI may use; pick the one reports should live under.
  2. Publish from Share. One click adds a page under it: the result, the counts and every problem.
  3. Read it in Notion. Link it from your release doc; it links back to the scan for the evidence.

Set up

In ValiqAI, open Integrations › Notion in your workspace.

  1. Click Connect Notion and share the page reports should go under.
  2. Pick that page here.
  3. Open a finished scan and choose Share › Publish to Notion.

Plan

Notion is on the Teams plan (Teams and Enterprise). A connection made before a plan change keeps working.

With AI tools

With the ValiqAI MCP server added to your AI coding tool, you can ask:

  • “Scan staging with ValiqAI before the release; I will publish the report to our Notion QA log.”
  • “Summarize the last ValiqAI scan of staging for our Notion release notes.”
