ValiqAI sends a signed POST to a webhook when a scan finishes, can't finish, or is stopped. Point it at a Zapier catch hook and any Zap can start from a scan: a row in Google Sheets, a HubSpot note, an email to a client, a message in a tool we don't connect to yet.
Each POST carries the scan id, the event, the site, the score, how many problems it found and the API path for the full results (pollUrl). Nothing to install in Zapier.
How it works
- Catch the hook. In a new Zap, the trigger is Webhooks by Zapier › Catch Hook. Zapier gives you a URL.
- Add it to ValiqAI. Paste that URL as a webhook here and pick the events. The test send gives Zapier a sample to map fields from.
- Each scan starts the Zap. Filter on event or score in Zapier, then do whatever the Zap does next.
Set up
In ValiqAI, open Integrations › Zapier in your workspace.
- In Zapier, create a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier › Catch Hook as the trigger and copy its URL. Webhooks by Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan.
- Open Webhooks, add an endpoint with that URL and choose the events.
- Send a test from ValiqAI, then map the fields in your Zap.
Plan
Zapier is on the Pro plan (Pro, Teams and Enterprise). A connection made before a plan change keeps working.
With AI tools
With the ValiqAI MCP server added to your AI coding tool, you can ask:
- “Scan staging with ValiqAI; the result starts our Zap that logs it to the QA sheet.”
- “Show me the last five ValiqAI scans and their scores.”
