Add an Asana task for any problem ValiqAI finds, in the workspace and project you pick, named with its severity and holding the page, the steps to reproduce, how to fix it and a link back to the evidence. Every task is tagged ValiqAI.
Turn on automatic tasks and ValiqAI adds them itself for the severities you choose, one per problem, at most 10 per scan. ValiqAI asks Asana only for what it needs: to read workspaces and projects and to create tasks and its tag.
How it works
- A scan finds a problem. Each distinct problem, not every page it showed up on.
- A task lands in your project. Named "Blocker: …" and tagged ValiqAI. The same problem never gets a second task.
- The task links back. Screenshots, the failing request and the recording stay one click away in ValiqAI.
Set up
In ValiqAI, open Integrations › Asana in your workspace.
- Click Connect Asana and approve ValiqAI.
- Pick the workspace and the project tasks go to.
- Choose which severities add tasks on their own.
Plan
Asana is on the Teams plan (Teams and Enterprise). A connection made before a plan change keeps working.
