ValiqAI sends a signed POST to a webhook when a scan finishes, can't finish, or is stopped. Point it at an n8n Webhook node and your workflow gets the result, on n8n cloud or your own server.
Each POST carries the scan id, the event, the site, the score, how many problems it found and the API path for the full results (pollUrl). A Code node can check the X-ValiqAI-Signature header with your webhook secret.
How it works
- Add a Webhook node. Set the method to POST and copy the production URL.
- Add it to ValiqAI. Paste that URL as a webhook here and pick the events. Activate the workflow so the production URL listens.
- Each scan runs the workflow. Branch on event or score with an If node, then do the rest.
Set up
In ValiqAI, open Integrations › n8n in your workspace.
- In n8n, add a Webhook node with method POST and copy its production URL.
- Open Webhooks, add an endpoint with that URL and choose the events.
- Activate the workflow, then send a test from ValiqAI.
Plan
n8n is on the Pro plan (Pro, Teams and Enterprise). A connection made before a plan change keeps working.
With AI tools
With the ValiqAI MCP server added to your AI coding tool, you can ask:
- “Scan staging with ValiqAI; the n8n workflow posts the result to our ops channel.”
- “List the open problems from the last ValiqAI scan of staging.”
