ValiqAI posts each finished scan to a Slack channel you pick: whether it passed, the problems by severity, the score, the worst three, and buttons to the results.
From any scan you can send it to Slack by hand, and from Slack you can start a scan or ask for the latest result with /valiqai, without opening ValiqAI.
How it works
- A scan finishes. Scheduled, from CI, the CLI or the app. ValiqAI posts when it finishes, when it fails, or both; you choose.
- The channel sees what broke. Problems are counted once each, like the results page, with the three worst named so people know whether to look now.
- Act without leaving Slack. Open the run from the message, or type /valiqai scan staging.northstar.app to check again after a fix.
Set up
In ValiqAI, open Integrations › Slack in your workspace.
- Connect Slack and approve ValiqAI for your workspace.
- Pick the channel results go to.
- Choose when it posts: finished scans, failed scans, or both.
Plan
Slack is on the Teams plan (Teams and Enterprise). A connection made before a plan change keeps working. On Pro, scan results can still go to Slack through a personal webhook (Settings › Slack).
With AI tools
With the ValiqAI MCP server added to your AI coding tool, you can ask:
- “Scan staging with ValiqAI. When it finishes, the result posts to #qa-alerts on its own.”
- “Start a ValiqAI scan of the preview URL and tell me if it found any blockers.”
